Drain Line Heater Wire – 12′ Length – 230VAC – 40 Watt
Recommendations:
- Use with a 3/4″ thick copper pipe with an approximate length of 6′. Wire can melt PVC.
- Make sure drain pipe is sloped for proper drainage.
- Coil around outside of drain line and insulate with Armaflex pipe insulation.
- Use heat tape to secure the wire and insure that it doesn’t come into contact with itself at any point (to prevent burnout).
